"I was 2 hours away from home and my local auto repair shop when my "check battery' light came on. I called my local auto repair shop and they advised that my alternator was going out and would most likely drain the battery before I was able to get to them. I was in a difficult spot - try to make it home or pull over and trust another mechanic. I decided not to drive home as that would put me in traffic and probably add a tow truck bill to the repair. Literally, I prayed to find a good mechanic. I found TA Automotive on my GPS and drove in at about 4:20 PM. The person at the desk, Carlos, was helpful and professional. They diagnosed the issue as an alternator issue and said they could have it fixed by the next day. Carlos told me a bit later that they could get the parts that evening, but that since they close at 6:00, it would probably be the next day before the work would be finished. I called my husband to come get me. They have a clean and comfortable waiting room, so I sat. It took my husband 1.5 hours to get to me; just as he was driving up, a technician (Ken) drove my car to the front - IT WAS FIXED! I could not believe it! Carlos was just as surprised as I was. Having it fixed that same night saved us from another 1.5 hour drive the next day to pick it up. God found me a professional place to have my car fixed! Thank you, Carlos & Ken!"
