"There I was, with all my indicator lights blinking different colors while my car ground to a stop as it coasted into a pawn shop parking lot. I called Kay at Audi North Atlanta service late on a Saturday afternoon and within 15 minutes I had a tow scheduled and a beautiful luxury loaner to use. The part we needed was not in stock and even though it took awhile to come, Kay and her team were great communicators and willing to work with me and my needs throughout. This will be the example of stellar customer service I will refer to in my own business. Thank you!"

"I took my 2013 A6 in for a Malfunction Indicator Lamp diagnostic and a Turbo Underboost which was under extended warranty from Audi (would have cost $3K+ at a repair shop). Stuart was assigned as my service rep. From that first encounter, I was impressed by how he tried to make things easy for me - showing me to the upper floor where I could get my work done, bringing paperwork to me rather than having me come back down, offering to get water, etc. They confirmed that the diagnostic code indicated the turbo would have to be replaced. I left that day with a loaner since the part would take a few days to come in. Stuart even made the loaner paperwork straightforward for me. Unfortunately, a few days later Stuart called me, clearly concerned. The turbo replacement came in, but the ECM (engine control module, i.e. the brains of the whole car) was dead and the car could not even be moved into the shop for the turbo replacement. Needless to say, I was upset that I had brought the car in for warrantied work and now there was a very expensive problem that I had not even come in for. Luckily, I felt like Stuart was on my side - he understood the oddity of the situation, expressed that he wanted to be as transparent with me as possible, and shared the many things he had been working with the technician to do so that they could get it to restart. I even called the service manager about the situation and he told me how Stuart had taken this personally and was doing everything he could to help resolve my situation. In the end, the service dept ended up waiting 3+ months for the ECM to be shipped to the dealership. They let me keep the loaner the entire time. Stuart gave me weekly updates (which were unfortunately "no news about when the part is coming in") so that I would not have to keep calling to inquire. He even worked to get me a different loaner when I inquired about the option, but then we decided to stick with the A4 loaner. When he finally called with the news that the part was going to arrive "tomorrow", he also shared that everything would get done fairly quickly thereafter. Thankfully, he was right and it was all ready in 2 days - including retesting of the new ECM and replacement of the underboost. Despite the issues I had with the car, I would return to this service dept again - and ask for Stuart. He exemplifies customer service at its finest. Thank you Stuart!"
