"I have been a customer of Roswell Auto Tech for 16 years. The company changed hands as the previous owner stepped down and sold the business to focus his attention on a health problem. The new owner refuses to honor the 5 year warranty on an engine replacement that was done at this shop. My engine seized again. The new owner says it is not his problem. I am Now stuck with the responsibility to buy a new car when I thought I was in good hands. Surprise. The way this new owner treated me during this tough period is a direct reflection of his personal Integrity and willingness to help A long term valued customer find a solution. I even offered to pay for half of the new engine. He refused to meet me in the middle. Very disappointed and would Not recommend this shop to anyone. No one deserves to be treated this way. Good luck with the new shop. If you don’t put customers first with kindness and compassion, you will not have customers to worry about."
"Disappointing Change in Ownership I used to have a positive experience with this auto mechanic business for many years until the recent change in ownership. The previous owner was reliable, honest, and honored agreements, but the new owners are unwilling to uphold the prior commitments and warranties. It's disheartening to see the decline in customer service and integrity. I am now out 5 grand and told it's not their problem. I hope they change their methodology and address these issues to regain the trust of their loyal customers."
"I recently have been having issues with my brakes. I called them at 10:40 in the morning, had my car there at 11:30 and by 12:45 they had an exact idea of what was wrong with it. Topped off and bled the line by 1:30. Very considerate management as well."
"Roswell Auto tech practically rebuilt my whole car. I've had an engine failure, brake failure, power steering failure, and 2 break-ins this past year and couldn't have asked for a better shop to handle all the repairs. They've *always* done a fast, top-quality job at the fairest price. Super simple drop-off too, if they're closed you can park and leave your info on one of their envelopes with the key inside. Highly recommend!"
"I would highly recommend going to this place. Lee was able to fix my leaks on my old muscle car at a very reasonable price. His crew did the job in a day. Now I know why there are so many cool cars at his shop all the time."
