"Took my SUV to have my brakes repaired. Sales person, Audrey, was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I asked how long it would take because I had only one car and would have to wait she responded no problem they had a courtesy car and could take me home and pick me up which she did. Also said they would check things out. She called me later to let me know my spark plugs were bad and neede replaced and get my approval to move forward. No surprises. Great service."
"First time being here and for once I felt like a person and not a ticket sale. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a warm smile and great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with David and Bryan. They were able to get me in ASAP, which I was shocked to find out. Once they found out the issue, they sat down with me to explain what my best option was. I never once felt pressured to get something I didn't need or price gauged. It was a truly refreshing experience. The fact that they were so fast with the repair was the cherry on top for me. My service date was Jan 17. I waited to make this review to see if what they did truly did fix the issue. I am happy report my car is working great and the repair didn't cost an arm and a leg. I will most definitely be back."

"Took the old Dodge in for some know, and unknown needed services. I was over all very happy with the customer service. While one person looked away when I arrived, another stepped right up and listened to my questions and concerns. As I have only picked up my truck 2 days ago, as of now, I am completely satisfied with the repairs. Like another reviewer, I had to question 2 charges that ended up being taken off my bill, but not super concerned about that. I'm hoping those were just honest oversights. This was my first interaction with them, but we will continue to visit Chloe's in the future. I recommend Chloe's for automotive repairs!"
