Take 5 Oil Change

"This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was highly professional and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when my oil change, including topping off my washer fluid and the filling of all 4 tires with air, was completed in just 5 minutes while sitting in my vehicle. Additionally, they recognized I had veteran plates, thanked me for my service, and applied a discount without my knowledge. Trust me, this crew and place will not disappoint."

"Frustrated. Got oil change and opted for most expensive Mobil 1 option. Same day after oil change noticed I had a small oil leak. Went back next day to find out they don’t carry my vehicles oil plug or extra gaskets, so they put the old plug with old gaskets back on. The guy says it’s pretty common since they don’t have the right plugs/gaskets at the shop. They knowingly let me leave with an oil leak (possibly future damage to engine if I didn’t notice the leak) when there was no leak when I arrived. Seems to me, that part of the oil change should be to ensure there is no leak prior to the customer leaving. Why even offer to change my oil when you know you don’t have the right plugs/gaskets? Seems unethical. Now I have to replace the plug myself. This will require me to drain the new oil in the pan and replace with more new oil once the plug is replaced. Thank you Take 5 for wasting my time/money…I can do a better job myself."

"First let’s start with the cleanliness! You would think oil changes, vehicles, emissions etc… clean where?! But when I tell you this place is immaculate to be and offer all those things, I was impressed to say the least. And it didn’t stop there. The team is so friendly, nice, caring and warm and they run their business like a fine tuned machine; no pun intended. They are so knowledgeable and assertive in how they operate with code words and bells that you will have no choice but to pay attention, it’s whimsical almost! And although, they offer you other services your vehicle might need, they aren’t pushy which makes for an even better experience. The funny thing is, I have one of these located closer to where I live but when I tried going there they weren’t as welcoming or made me feel like I wanted to wait to be seen after the plethora of vehicles they had already had lined up so I came to this one which was in my old neck of the woods. It was about 25 + minutes out depending on the time of day here in Georgia but when I arrived, even with their blanket of vehicles ahead of me, they acknowledge me and let me know they’d get right to me and they did in no time. They made me feel valued, and appreciated, that I’m big on because I go nowhere and patronize where me or my money isn’t valued. Anyhow, I knew nothing about what I needed and they took the time to carefully explain what was best. So I’ve been coming back ever since. But before I go, I have to let it be known that there is a true Angel there (he’s the older Caucasian guy) if you end up there and you’re having a bad day, he will most definitely lift your spirits with his heart of gold and kind words. I feel bad that I can’t remember his name, however, it’s ok because I will never forget him. He is the real reason they have a customer in me for as long as I’m a driver. I highly recommend this place!!!"

"For a quick change oil place this visit was outstanding. I was the only car there so 3 people worked on my vehicle. I wish I remembered their names because they were all professional, pleasant and performed their assigned duties well. I was in and out quickly. This was my second visit to this particular Take 5 location and both visits were top notch."

"Incredibly unprofessional comments from one of the employees checking the filters and wiper blades. I came for a quick oil change, everyone of the employees were kind and respectful of my decisions to decline additional services with the one exception. He made 4 separate comments that were unnecessary and disrespectful to me as a customer. I have had quick oil changes before with no issue and very satisfied with the employees before. The prices are also much higher than they have been in the past, higher than dealerships. Will not be returning."
