"My appointment was at 10am and Dr Pope himself did not see me until AFTER 11am; I wanted that entire time. Not sure why I'm held accountable when I'm late for a doctor's appointment but the doctor can be as late as he wants to without any repercussions. I was told I was going to have to get an EMG done which was fine until I was told, NOT by the doctor but by the FRONT RECEPTIONIST, what an EMG was specifically even though I asked "What kind of test is that?" The doctor's reply was NOT informative. At. All. I felt like he was trying to keep secrets as if it isn't MY health we were supposed to be talking about or worrying about. I'm so very disappointed I went here."
