"I was pleased with the service and the outcome of my visit! I feel I have found a dentist and dental hygienist! The only thing I didn’t like is I felt closed in, like I was in a closet. I didn’t feel the relaxed atmosphere! There were storage boxes and a very small room."

"**UPDATE** I was going to update my review to reflect my experience after going to my rescheduled appointment; however, I received a follow-up phone call from Daniel this morning who basically told me that if I didn’t remove my review then he wouldn’t service me anymore and we would have to part ways. I repeated it back to him because I couldn’t believe he was saying that and he confirmed it again. Instead of providing a path of resolution, you basically try to bribe me to remove my review or I can’t get serviced. Now, I really have no plans on coming back here because imagine doing business with someone and you can’t be honest about your experience. What dentist office does not follow-up with their patient after a root canal? And I know Dr. Babb’s office is being truthful because she called them and then called me right back to give me an update. I have no complaints with everyone else but Daniel obviously needs customer service training. He showed no empathy or remorse regarding the situation. I’ve never been rude, always on time and did my part as a patient. ——————————————————————- Cleaning appointment was scheduled months in advance just for it to get canceled the day before. Now I have to wait 2 more months to be seen. Also, they never followed up with me after getting a root canal after Dr. Babb’s office sent over paperwork to them. They specifically stated they sent the paperwork and spoke to Daniel about a week and a half after the procedure and he advised them the dentist was out all Thanksgiving week but he would be calling me to schedule a follow-up but he never did and when I spoke to him today, he acted like he never got the call and/or paperwork. So far I am not pleased with this office"
