"Awesome staff! I have been here twice with my teenager since they reopened in a new location. Got in and out quickly with accurate results - seemed to be genuinely concerned and caring. Office, waiting area and examination room appeared to be clean as well - Great job overall!"

"The front desk staff with the exception of 1 or 2 are very rude and disregarding toward patients . I came in today at 1 to have my daughter seen and before i could walk up to the front desk they were blurting out they weren’t seeing anyone else and they didn’t close until 3 . I even took a picture of the picture posted outside that stated the date and hours and she still said i had the wrong location and that it was indeed the grovetown location. I love the actual care team but the front desk workers are horrible . This isn’t my first bad experience with them but it’s definitely one that really upset me"

"This office is fantastic!!! My daughter and I were both sick with a respiratory virus last week, when arriving We were greeted and checked in quickly, we were called back and 2 medical assistants took our vitals and April the nurse practitioner came in was very professional. She got us taken care of and we were out the door. I have also seen Helen Brooks,NP in the past and I couldn’t ask for better care from her as well. We are very fortunate to have a great urgent care such as Med Now in Thomson."

"I recently had a visit to MedNow, and I must say that the experience left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked proper bedside manner and professionalism. First and foremost, despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for an excessive amount of time. I understand that delays can occur, but waiting for two hours beyond my scheduled appointment time is simply unacceptable. This not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, the lack of bedside manner displayed by the medical staff was disappointing. The healthcare professionals seemed disinterested and rushed, failing to provide the level of care and attention that one would expect during a medical visit. Their demeanor did not instill confidence or create a welcoming environment for patients. In addition to the lack of bedside manner, the overall organization and efficiency of MedNow could be improved. It appeared that the clinic was understaffed, leading to longer wait times and a chaotic atmosphere. Proper management and staffing should be a priority to ensure a smooth and timely experience for patients. Overall, my visit to MedNow was marred by the lack of bedside manner from the medical staff and the extended wait time. As a patient, I believe it is essential to feel heard, cared for, and respected during a medical visit. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that MedNow takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their services to provide a better patient experience in the future."

"Each member of the staff, from the front desk to the doctor, was very thorough, professional and friendly. I especially appreciate the kindness that the nurses and doctors displayed when I brought my 90 year old grandmother in. Everyone seemed very eager to help her. We've been to this urgent care a few times for my grandmother, and so far they do not disappoint, even when it's near closing time. My grandmother appreciated the care she received. Highly recommend this place!"
