"The angry person at the desk needs a job in the morgue, because he does not know how to talk to people. If you call the number listed by google for Thomson they send your call to Augusta - this is suppose to be common knowledge according to the rudeness at the front desk, but Augusta has different hours and services, so the radiology department was closed in Thomson, and we wasted 40 minutes and all of our patience."

"The ER is a joke. It's currently 10:17 pm and I've been here with my 3 year old since 7. She got triaged about 7:30 and were told they were waiting for rooms to open but I watched a woman come in around 10 pm get triaged and taken back within 10 minutes. Another lady seems to have been here for hours while everyone else is being prioritized over her. Piedmont McDuffie needs to do so much better prioritizing real emergencies over what more than likely is a common cold."

"Concerning the ER department. I brought my 9 year old son here with head trauma. They made us wait over 2 hours before getting a room where we had to wait again for the doctor (so far another 30 minutes as I'm typing this). What happened to triage? Does this department not know what this means? The waiting room was not full. People were being discharged and the only other person I saw them take back during our 2 hour wait was a woman that came in after us complaining about her back. I'll give benefit of the doubt for her, but compassion is clearly non-existent when it comes to children. I will go to Doctors from now on. I only came here because I just had surgery two days ago and didn't feel up to driving. I won't make that mistake again. By the way, they didn't bother to clean the wound either. I had to ask about it and they told ME what to do and he left in the exact state he arrived in. I have to ask...what exactly are they good for?"

"Nurse Kaitlyn in the ER was fantastic. I was brought in by my husband and seen in a timely manner. I was very sick and not a very good patient. The staff in the ER was very understanding and took excellent care of me. I was admitted and spent 6 days upstairs. My nurses and Dr. Nanda were great and so were the CNA's. Thank you!"

"Very nice Hospital the employees are very nice and friendly the inside and outside if the facility is always clean. Wasn't very busy and are still promoting the sanitize your hands, wear a mask and keep the 6 foot distance rules. Name has changed within the last 3 weeks is now Piedmont McDuffie."
