"I've shopped at several goodwill stores, and I have to say this is the worst by far. I've been here 3 times, and it's always the same. The clothing sections are not organized by color like the other stores. There's always clothes on the floor. Those black hangers are the worst. I've never seen anyone on the sales floor working to clean up the messes the lazy customers leave all over the place. Yes, I said customers. They have no respect for this business trying to help their community and uplift people in need. To the manager: Please place more employees on the sales floor to help maintain the products and set an example to the customers who don't care how they leave items for the next person to shop."

"This is truly one of my favorite places to shop. I find so many items for my home here... both electrical and decorative. And they also have a great selection of plus size clothing. The name brand stores have gotten so ridiculous with their pricing... $80 for a pair of slacks. I find slacks at the G-Store for $8. And you spend $10 for dry cleaning and you're still winning! I've even lucked up and found a pair of fairly new AirMax shoes. I love how the manager of this location organizes items and makes things easy to find. Some areas are staged to give you an idea of how certain items work together. Some days I don't find anything of interest, but it's still worth the time it took to seek out good deals."

"This Goodwill in McDonough was disgusting! A TOTAL MESS!!!! And this was only at 11:00 AM; 2 hours after opening! I have shopped here at this location over the years and today was the WORST I have ever seen it! Shelves and encaps in disarray; items just stuffed or put on the shelf. Items on the floor, not picked-up. Actually watched an employee just shove something into a spot on the shelf and not bother to pick up the item(s) on the floor right where he passed! Unbelievable! Broken items to include broken glass ornaments on the selves & encaps! I shop frequently at various Goodwills and the encaps are usually created as color- coordinated displays and well kept. Not at this store! Also (and this is across ALL Goodwill of North Georgia Stores) the pricing is getting WAY TOO HIGH! Shoppers would be wise to check pricing and consider other "low price stores" where your item is ACTUALLY NEW!!! ***Note to Management of Goodwill: 1. When setting "Pricing Standards/Criteria"...Please remember that you are selling mostly USED ITEMS and that they are DONATED to you!!! • Example: A classic glass 'Ivy Jar' (4-5 inch tall with fluted top edge) for flowers on a table was marked $2.09!!! I can purchase a NEW one @ Michaels/Hobby Lobby on sale for $0.89-$0.99!!! 2. Please consider opening your Fitting Rooms! Other retail stores have theirs open, as do Goodwills in other cities! 3. "Social Distancing" signs are still posted! Why??? Nowhere else in other establishments are they still posted. The CDC even came out and said that the practice of that action was flawed. This store was an overall extreme disappointment!!!"
