"Maintenance Service: I had my garbage disposal stop working and a clog in my sink. I submitted a ticket and within 24 hours, I received service. First, maintenance unclogged my sink. Second they ordered my replacement wire for the disposal. installed the wire within 2 days of receipt. This repair took about 3 days ( because of the wire replacement). Minimal disruption to my day. Very professional service. I love the administrative staff here. They are very attentive to my needs. They care about my experience. Keep up the great work. Thank you!"

I have consistently experienced best residential services here, like maintaince issues, light change, fridge repair and so on.. one gets timely and friendly responses to all the concerns. Very professional. The property is spacious. It has beautiful Swimming pool, club house and gym. There is lake within the property. One can enjoy a relax 1 mile walk around the lake. They also have fun activities planned for the residents once in 2 months. The Apartments are spacious, clean, big kitchen, beautiful view from balcony. Get a feel of living closer to nature here. One gets quality living experience here."

"I love living at Twenty25 so far. I just recently moved in at the beginning of last summer. So far, I have not had any issues with maintenance, management, or anything of that nature. One of the only issues I have noticed is the trash compactor, it can get pretty overflowed around the weekends or if the office is closed. Other than that things have been good. I highly recommend if you are a working adult or have a family."

"READ BEFORE MOVING HERE. Property management isn't concerned with your safety or well-being. Upstairs neighbor kicked my girlfriend's front door and left a shoe print and management didn't do anything about it. If you do for some reason move here, highly recommend installing a ring camera since photo proof wasn't enough (photo attached). Walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs barking and people playing music all hours of the night. Even if you make 100 noise complaints nothing will be done about it. Also, be careful parking your car here. Multiple vehicles have had wheels and rims stolen with their car left on cinder blocks. You would think your car is safe since it is a gated community but clearly not the case. UPDATED with response to owner: She did reach out to the office multiple times and was given zero help. That is the issue... and I mentioned that above where I said "management didn't do anything about it". She no longer lives here (for good reason)."
