"We have loved Dr. Licata since our very first appt from the hospital with our oldest son. And he has continued to care for both of our boys with such compassion and thoroughness, I will recommend him and his practice to everyone that asks. Last week was a scarier illness with my youngest son and I was so worried. It was a Friday and the weekend was approaching quickly. I called and left a message for a nurse first to express my concerns, in which she returned my call within 10 minutes. Not only was the staff kind in communicating with us when I was worried, but Dr. Licata then fit us in during his lunch hour so that he could see us immediately. And after treating my son, he called to check in throughout the weekend just to make sure everything was going okay. It is that sort of intentionality that makes him not only a brilliant doctor, but the kind of doctor that every mom hopes to have taking care of their babies! Thankful for doctors like him and his office staff!"

"Dr Licata and dr Pikholz are great but this rating is for the office staff and the front desk at johnson ferry rd who have zero customer service. I left a voice mail on nurses line with my feedback and asked that my msg to be delivered to Dr. Likata and Dr. Pikholz but I don't think they did so here is my review. More than a week ago, I asked the office to give me two forms for my son kindergarten registration. I went to the office not knowing that getting them will take long since I just did them in July of last year (my kids have been dr.Pikholz's patients for 4 yeasr). The receptionist was rude and said I can't wait in office for that reason and asked for the office manager. A person came out from inside with a very bad attitude not even introducing herself yelling at me that these forms take 2 days and sometimes 5 days to be sent . How am I suppose to know this piece of info.? A simple explanation wpuld have been sufficient. Up till now, they hadn't emailed me my son's form. The doctors are very good but the whole place has a serious problem in customer service. Don't expect to be treated as a valued customer at any time. Very disappointing!"

"1. Dr Licata is great but hid staff are the absolute worst. The scheduler, front office staff are incredibly rude… it’s unbelievable. 2. What Drs office in 2022, asks patients to drive down to the office in the middle of a work day to pick up hand written prescriptions because they are unable to call in a prescription to a pharmacy? Dr Licata is great so patients try to overlook these silly inconveniences but it’s unacceptable and eventually patients would realize there are other good doctors out there with respectful staff who care about convenience for their patients."

"Dr. Licata has been my son’s physician since he was born and we couldn’t be happier. He is genuinely caring, has the ability to calm his patient’s nerves almost immediately and takes the time needed to answer questions and concerns. The staff is fantastic, nurses are the very best! Their nurse phone line is wonderful and prompt at getting back with you. Highly recommend Dr. Licata and his staff!"

"Nothing but great words for Dr. Licata. My 18 year old son has been with him through his awkward adolescent years and is now off to college. I've always felt like he was genuinely concerned with my son's well being and health. He's prompt in responding to my concerns and issues and quick to fit us in when the situation calls for a sick visit. He's a father, he's funny and he's just a nice guy. Go see him."
