"My gf and I had to repeat our order multiple times. Coffee was mostly creamer. Almost looked like milk. Weird drive thru setup. Would not recommend."
"One day I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a coffee before work. When I arrive to Dunkin’ Donuts, the door was locked as I knocked on the door no one came to the door to verbally tell me anything. So I decided to just leave, but as I was leaving two people walked up to the store and was allowed in. Me thinking that I was going to be allowed in the store I proceeded to walk back, but the door was still locked. As I’m standing outside the door, I can see the cashier taking the two guesses order and no one is still allowed me inside the building. A few seconds later, a woman pulls up and she wants to be let inside the building, but they did not let her in either. So she called the store and asked him why they weren’t letting people in when they were open and they had two guesses in there already. The manager of the store proceeds to tell her that the other two people were only allowed in because they knew them. I stood outside of Dunkin’ Donuts for at least 15 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. I contacted Dunkin’ Donuts customer service And they told me that the store will call me in 48 hours. No one has called me the only time they called me was to give me a case number and I have not been contacted since then."
"Horrible service! I walked inside with no other customers and wasn’t greeted.. the guys just stood in the back looking at me for about 4 minutes before I had to ask for someone to place my order. Ordered frozen coffee and received a frozen hot chocolate, the cup label even said frozen hot chocolate and the guy kept saying it’s just frozen coffee.. worst experience ever! Never again!!"

"I frequent Dunkin on a regular basis and have my app and receipt 9f purchases to prove that, however I work in the customer service atmosphere and the treatment that I've experienced no one should've experienced. Never visit this place because it's an establishment that has no fundamental values on customer satisfaction nor service"
