Panera Bread

"I went today for the very first time and all I will say is unless I go through the drive thru or pick up, I will absolutely never be back. The lady at the front desk (I believe Hispanic) was absolutely so incredibly rude. I have never been there and while I ordered on the app, I forgot to get a drink. I asked for the strawberry one behind the counter because the menu was overwhelming and she goes ma’am that has caffeine. I said that was fine. Next thing I know she gives me the cup and she points to the back. I walked back to find only regular lemonade and soda. It was a hassle to get the drink I wanted. All the while she’s talking about when she’s getting off. It would be nice if there was just an ounce of customer service in that place. I understand why it’s busy - the food is great. Everything else is lacking."

"I’ve written you off before and have continued to come back. Think I’m done. It’s time to stop blaming everything on Covid . Customer service should be the expected in any food franchise. This Panera is not instilling it in their employees and it shows. On this day I held the door open for one of their employees only to have her almost run over my wife. No thank you , excuse me , I’m sorry nothing but a dirty look when I looked at her in disbelief of her apparent value of herself. "I had a small pizza with mac and cheese. It's not like your regular pizza, but it was delicious and had a unique taste. The cost for myself and my friend was rather high at nearly $45's for a lunchtime meal and no military discount. It was very clean and you order at counter and pick your food up yourself."

"I ordered that new chicken club and all I asked for was no chipotle sauce….not for them to take everything off the sandwich. There’s no lettuce, avocado and barely any tomato. Very disappointed."

"This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn't be more friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the bread......the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. You can't go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I will definitely be returning for more."
