"Place an order and it never arrives. Call twice to get put on hold for over 10 mins & no explanation."
"This place used to be quality but their customer service is non-existent. If I could rate this place a zero I would. The last time we ordered a pizza we waited an hour and a half then called three times to check on it and kept getting put on hold for no one to answer. Finally a person told us they don't deliver to our house. Nice to know after 10 years of deliveries. Whoever runs this place should be fired for incompetence."
