Domino's Pizza

"Update: I gave this Dominos another chance. I would like to change my first review. My order was piping hot and the entire order was right. We had a large order too. Thank you! I will NEVER order here again. I had 20 pts that I tried to redeem for bread bites. I also ordered a small pizza. Long story short, the bank transaction went through and charged me for the pizza but there were no "free" bread bites on my order. I called and spoke with the manager. She tells me to call another place but she didn't have the number...nor would she go to the office and get it. I found the information online and called the number. If course they were closed. I feel this is why she didn't want to give me the number. I called Domino's back and cancelled the order. For some reason, I have "no" points now. It doesn't matter because I won't be going back there anymore."

"used to not like the saltine cracker crust dominoes used to make in the 90's but boy have they changed. the pizza tastes better then papas (imo). price is descent and the service is excellent. had my pizza ready for me on my way to work. great job."

"My partner and I was looking to enjoy dinner tonight from this merchant normally its great service suddenly tonight it turned into a horrible experience. Furthermore our dinner arrived super late almost an hour and thirty minutes late!! Then the delivery driver some how managed to forget the drink with the order. This has been an upsetting experience and now I’ll just rather take our business else where. Also the manager was extremely rude!!! We were cursed out for being frustrated because of the wait and poor service!!! This needs to be escalated because this isn’t great customer service at all for any company."

"I had a very long day, and I arrived to pick up my pizza. Alexander was so friendly and fast to assist .. when I asked for a side of Jalapenos, a worker said they could not do that even if I paid for them as a side. I offered to pay as I like to eat them fresh with my pizza, not on them. The cashier, Chastity said we will get it figured out and will get u some .. the other con worker kept telling her they were not allowed to (clearly, she was not happy or very helpful ). Chastity charged me $1.09, and Alex got me my fresh Jalapenos. I was so delighted and thankful .. there are still good people out there ❤️ don't let one bad apple ruin your entire business!"

"Yeah that’s a hair on my wings, it’s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it. It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery. An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold. I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40. Whoever answered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know our food will take almost two hours. I wouldn’t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time. Then said “you got the wings?” All aggressive like I’m trying to swindle them out of more wings. His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back the ones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote “we ain’t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do” after I said I’m not driving to the store. The lack of drivers isn’t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order was prepared at 7:09 and wasn’t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm. And then I don’t get it until 8:40. Poor customer service and poor quality, don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it from this location."
