"I came in to pickup my online order and the older women at the register completely ignored me and serviced another customer as I was before him in line. I felt terribly disrespected"
"Ordered a Large Fiery Buffalo Chicken w/ 1 Zesty Sauce & 3 Blue Cheese Sauces. No sauces, just the standard Garlic. And the Fiery Buffalo Chicken had my extra toppings (beef & banana peppers), but was missing the base chicken & onion toppings. It's edible and it's not bad pizza, (I've worked for PJs) but I don't like paying for extra sauces to not get them, and not getting the toppings I paid for either. Your cutter and your driver didn't check the pizza before it left. Big reason I eat PJs so rarely anymore, it's a dice roll on whether you'll get a correct order or not. Didn't used to be like that."
"The Boss/manager not to sure, but he sure acted like a boss! Was awesome to see him encouraging his employees and telling them what a great job they are doing. We need more bosses and mangers like him. The food was amazing when I go back I'm sure to return from some delicious pizza."
"This is a great location for customer service! We were very impressed with Carolyn and her staff. Even though they were busy, they took a quick moment to acknowledge us walking into the store and told us they'd be right with us. I loved that. Once it was our turn to be served, Carolyn and the other lady were super friendly, getting our order and checking us out. We just loved chatting with them, and the food was delicious to boot! Thank you, ladies!"
"*this visit was not good by any means, ordered a sausage stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese. Asked why there was alot of sauce and didn't appear to have extra cheese. Was met by two different individuals with bad attitudes, they reluctantly remade it the same as before. All while trash talking me in the back. From what I gather, extra cheese on a pie is something you pay for but don't get and when you question it, the employees would rather trash talk the customer within earshot over make it right* *This review went from 5 to 1 star for this instance.* It's Papa John's. This is a pretty good one. They are friendly and quick. Also they deliver to Fort Benning."
