"Quick to take your payments but doesn't want to pay and you can't get a supervisor on the phone and they don't want to honor their contracts. Don't use Aflac!"

"Please steer clear of Aflac, they will take your money and give you every reason they can think of to not live up to a claim. You will have to find all the information they ask, once all the information is found they last for more, and ultimately deny your claim wasting hours and hours of your life you could have otherwise been making money with. It is generally a fraudulent company. They will steal your money and you will never get the coverage you expect. I say all this from experience. Even cancelation requires a phone call with two or three transfers and way too much time on the phone."

"Worse company ever! My mother who was run over by a car had to unfortunately open a claim with her short term disability through Aflac. They took 3 months to release the first check after numerous phone calls. They were supposed to direct deposit it and then told her we don't have the direct deposit form she said the hell you don't I faxed it three times. Oh sorry yes we have it but to late we mailed the check. Then never received the check through snail mail and was given multiple excuses. Their excuse was mail is running slow! What? Is usps on strike?? Excuse again! Then decided to direct deposit it but couldn't do that till she had to wait 21 days for stop payment which originally she was told she had to wait 15 days. No one knows what they're doing and it's a big waiting game with these people. With a lot of excuses. So now her second payment is due going into the 5th month which she should have gotten weeks ago with the same excuses we're waiting on them to release the check I don't know who them is!!!! And neither do they!!! Asked to speak to supervisor several times no supervisor available!! Wow so busy working claims and processing checks I don't think so can't even get mine in time. Then they go to direct deposit the second check only to say it bounced back and not because of my bank account because nothing has changed you literally just deposited the first check late mine you 2 weeks ago!! Nothing wrong with my account it was because their system is having a problem oh how convenient!!! That they have no clue how long it will take to rectify!!! Oh look another excuse to not submit funds!!! I couldn't even believe it! I should of gotten the second check 3 weeks ago now we're going on week 4 into the fifth month claim was opened in august with only two payments. I then said do not send it snail mail because in conveniently got lost the first time I waited long enough send it fedex. Crickets no answers just wait and wait!!! Then told we out the request to send fedex but technically they or them who knows who that is has 5-7 days to respond and address really! Another waiting period excuses and more delay!!! We have never dealt with a more incompetent and unprofessional organization. They don't care about you as a person and what your going through weather your injured or ill which most people claiming disability claims would usually be dealing with. They make it very hard for someone that is already dealing with real life issues!! They need to start really reviewing their slow an antiquated system and the way they process things because the people answering the phone don't have any real information to give you and leave you with no answers and basically say sorry you will just have to wait! The reality is they don't want to dish out money the longer they hold out on distributing the funds the more money they make in interest! Most annoying and chaotic company we have ever dealt with! I wouldn't even give them a star!"

"I have had the worst experience this time around. I put in a claim last year and I have been dealing with it every since. They stated that my husband’s colonoscopy was done in a lab and not the hospital. I was there when it happened. They will not pay. I don’t understand. I have tried to handle it on my own but I guess I will have to send it to my HR department."
