"This emergency vet is fantastic. When we were walking our family's elderly beagle, I accidentally jolted his shoulder with the leash and he yelped and started limping. The vet team at VEG took such amazing care of us. Their open concept office is a more communal, transparent take on emergency vet care. You're able to be with your animal every step of the way. Every team member had a wonderful bedside manner. We had to wait a bit because two other more critical cases came in, and they made sure to explain where we were in line and why — which I appreciated their prioritization given that our dog was not critically injured. We were fortunate to walk out with good news that our beagle was okay, but I can imagine no matter the severity of the issue this team would make sure every family was met with the highest level of love and attention. "Excellent experience. Upon calling, I was able to directly speak to a vet and provided assistance. My pet is considered an exotic animal and I was prefaced that they would do the best they can to stabilize him so that I can take him to his primary vet in the morning. When I arrived, I appreciated that we were brought promptly to a room, and another vet came in within 5 minutes to make sure my pet was stable. Staff was kind and very welcoming. Dr. Baker did a great job explaining all recommended tests thoroughly and performed them well while keeping my pet comfortable. I appreciated that his pain was well managed and taken seriously along with potential complications of his condition. Overall, this is the best emergency vet in the area."

"We are so grateful this location opened so close to us. Our dog was attacked by another dog, and we were able to get him here quickly, and everyone was beyond attentive, helpful, and caring towards our little guy. We could tell how much they cared, and they kept us updated through every step. He has made a full recovery and had no issues arise during the healing period. The staff was available for phone calls with questions we had, and we always felt supported by them!"

"I had such a great visit at VEG. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. This was my first visit at an emergency facility for my cat. I was extremely scared and I didn’t know what to expect. The staff is SO exceptional. Explanations were so thorough and everyone made me and my cat feel loved and comfortable. My cat was seen by Dr. Franco within a minute of walking in the door. Updates were given often on text and I was also able to speak with Dr. Franco and Dr. Turner immediately when I called. 10/10 experience. Thank you VEG staff!"
