"The staff here is amazing. Attentive, helpful and kind. The location was awesome as well. It has an old charm to it, and is really cool inside. The room layouts were nice and spacious, but they were pretty worn. Carpet torn in a lot of spots, paint worn or faded, and my bathroom shower glass has been fixed with foam and painters tape. My colleagues rooms were all in similar shape. With some updates, this place would be top notch."

"I booked the Georgian for a quick getaway. I specifically chose this hotel because of it’s vintage style and room style. The hotel itself was breathtaking. However, my room did not match the online photos or the hotel in general. The kitchen was dated, appliances where broke, my room slept 4 guests, but I was only given dishes to accommodate 3 people. When I asked for flatware, I was given prepackaged plastic flatware. There were no dishes in the kitchen upon arrival. I was later told we had to request a kitchen package. The built in microwave was broke. However, they did have an additional microwave that was missing it’s plate. The bathroom toilet and shower was not clean. There were so many things missing from our room that it made getting ready for the day difficult due to us having to constantly call downstairs to request the missing items. I booked the hotel for a five day stay in February as well, but after my weekend stay I canceled. It kinda sucked because the hotel staff was amazing, the location was great, the views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and the common areas were all gorgeous. For the price, I was not expecting my room to look so run down. Overall, I still had a ok experience."

"Had a great time at the Georgian Terrace Hotel! This old building from 1911 is super cool, especially the lobby with this awesome round tower that goes up all eighteen floors. Staff is very friendly and nice and always willing to help and assist when needed. The hotel is in a perfect spot between Midtown and downtown Atlanta, so you can easily check out both areas. The neighborhood is pretty, possibly not super safe when late at night, but has a lot of history to it. In the daytime, everything around the hotel is nice and charming, showing off Atlanta's past. But, gotta be honest, when it is dark it is a bit noisy and can be dangerous. It is Atlanta, right? Still, if you want a normal hotel yet convenient stay that gives you a taste of Atlanta, the Georgian Terrace Hotel is the spot."

"We were very happy with our recent overnight stay. The lobby and common areas of this historical hotel are beautiful. The location is hard to beat. They upgraded our room to a 2 room suite which made for a very relaxing evening. The room was clean and the bed and pillows are wonderful. The rooms are beginning to show some age but still are comfortable and nice. The staff were very pleasant and we are looking at booking again for a trip in the spring."

"This is a beautiful building from 1911. The lobby is very impressive, especially this kind of round tower for 18 stories building from the floor to the ceiling. Location is very convenient between Midtown and Downtown, the area is historic, safe and nice. But it is a bit noisy in the night - street racers, street drummers, drinkers… The hotel itself is not renovated for a while, old furniture and smells like an old hotel. Not super clean, but the rooms are spacious. No hair dryer in the room, you can request it, no ironing board, but they do have an iron. Nice rooftop, however, I would love to have a drink there and observe the city panorama. Also, both elevators were broken for the last day before the checkout. I would recommend it because of that historic vibe, but you should accept that it is old."
