"Entirely too long of a wait time told it would take 20 minutes to make me 4 Krystal’s. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, if they can’t properly staff and or run it they should just close it down"

"My order was slow and cold when I got it after a 15 minute wait. There were only 2 employees in the entire restaurant AND the drive thru speakers were not working. I promise I won't visit another Krystals' ."

"Staff was extremely rude laughing at customers. Because they tried to order krystals. The only reason they would not sell them to me because they wanted to give it to the drive through. How do you not have krystals. Is at krystals. Told me it would be a half hour. This is a fast food restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous"

"We waited at the drive-thru ordering screen for nearly 15 minutes after being asked to wait a moment. We were asked after we waited if we were picking up a Door Dash order, which we were not. We were then told they were closed. This was at 6:20pm on a Saturday. This was a very displeasing and frustrating experience. Either a restaurant is open and taking orders or they are closed. You should have signage if you are not open or if you are only taking online orders. I understand that staffing may be an issue, but a restaurant is either able to take orders or they are not. They should be open or closed, that is it."
