"This is the third time in the last few weeks I've ordered on DoorDash that they've refused to make my order as the dasher shows up to pick up my delivery. Once it was a meal and the other times were ice cream orders. The owner should either replace the lazy staff or close the doors. Losing money with this crew. I'll never eat here again."
"They need to put someone else in drive thru during the afternoon. Her customer service is so bad. She is rude. Who hands a card back and says HERE with no receipt and slams the window closed? Even on the box, you could barely hear her and she sounded muffled and annoyed."
"This is the first Dairy Queen that didn't flip my blizzard...are they still doing this?? Anyway the food was okay not the best. I always get a plain beef hotdog and a blizzard however when I got my hotdog mustard and catsup were running all over the place and I had to wipe it down to eat it, we were in the car or I would have sent it back, The other two meals we got were the chicken baskets which turned out great. The restaurant was clean and had great service and accommodations for all people."
"After searching a couple fast food places for dinner tonight that were actually serving, I was pleasantly surprised by this DQ. Customer service was excellent! Our blizzards came out quickly and were great. Our burgers and chicken tenders were fresh and just as good. The nice lady working the register was polite and prompt. She made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this DQ!"
"Apparently, hot food, friendly service and cleanliness is not on the menu for June 2nd. Cold stale fries, Every single table was dirty. And its not like they were busy, except for laughing and joking while customers wait excessive amounts of time for their food."
