"I generally order a meal and drink when I order from this establishment. The last time I went inside the area was not clean. The last 2 times driver forgot my drink I paid for. This 3rd time in speaking with a manager named Tasha I asked for my drink that was not provided the last 2 times. She was short and not customer service savvy. I know food service is a rough job but..I cancelled my order requested my money back. Consider this based on the other reviews another lost customer."

"As many times as they messed up my pizza, you would think they would give me a free cookie. Ended up taking a pizza that went out for delivery and came back to the store after already messing it up once. Update: had to bring that pizza back and get a refund only to be yelled at by worker. It was undercooked and doughy as heck.. one of the ladies working there got so upset with us saying that the pizza was not doughy and started throwing stuff around.. at this point we just want our money back. Manager was still nice but seriously ppl. Went to Pizza Hut (left five star review) and they were fast, accurate, friendly, and the pizza is delicious!"

"I get being understaffed and struggling, but at least make the orders you do take properly. We ordered 2 sandwiches, cheese sticks, and a pizza. Every item is way overcooked and lacking on ingredients. One of the sandwiches (Philly) we ordered with extra meat and cheese, guess what wasn't on it? Can't reach anyone when I try to call and speak to someone about it. I would give 0 stars if I could."
