"Normally, I would give this a 4 to 5. This Taco Bell is by far one of the most consistent in terms of time taken and the slowest. I don't kind the wait because they always turned out probably the best made out of others. But recently the quality has gone down as well. Nobody answering the front for a solid 15 min or so today. The kiosk, thankfully, was there but still prefer human interaction I've seen some drama just waiting in the lobby. Normally, I don't care. But I do hope that management figures it out. Because I would genuinely like to see the quality come back up regardless of wait ( though speedier service would be nice) With that being said, I'm giving what I feel is deserved these last few weeks. Not much for reviews, but given it's been awhile I figured it's about time."

"I come here pretty often as I live in the area, and they do a good job! I always order ahead using the mobile app, which helps make the drive-thru process go even quicker. The wait in the drive-thru is usually pretty quick, most of the time there's only one or two cars ahead of you and you'll be done in under five minutes. Quality of the food is perfectly normal for a taco bell, and has always been "safe" to eat. I've never had a bad experience here from a food safety perspective."

"Complete and utter place of garbage. Order food that cost over $50 just for most of it to look exactly like below. If you don’t enjoy job or care about your customers then that’s fine but find another job. I’m a GM of a fast food place in Savannah and I’d be appalled and livid if a customer got served this."
