"This is the worst place I’ve ever experienced in my life! My daughter attended princess camp and everyday there was a MAJOR problem that even the director didn’t care. All my issues weren’t addressed and she tried educating me on how many teachers they have compared to children and that they have twice as many required. That doesn’t do any good if the teachers don’t watch them! Upon picking up my daughter on the first day she had ruined her dress bc there was slime everywhere including her hair! Half of her items were missing. When I entered the gym to find them it was insane! It looked like a bunch of banchees running around crazy wild! I couldn’t get anyone to help until I got mad. Multiple children stole her things that I had to retrieve and in the process of looking a boy came up from behind my daughter and slammed a football on her head but yet no teacher saw it! I also notice she was starving when we got home and we were allowed to send EXTRA snacks! The next 2 days same experience as first day and I told them when arriving that these were only her snacks and made sure she would get a lunch! They refused to feed her the next 2 days telling my daughter there isn’t enough for everyone! I paid $300 and should’ve gotten a refund! Everyday I had to retrieve her belongings and the last day the teacher watching them left her shoes at the pool and all her charms were stolen off her crocs! No cameras at the pool and again nothing done about anything! This place is a joke! They don’t even have there license showing in public either! When I was there the last day another parent was complaining about how they didn’t feed her daughter and she threw up out in the hottest day of the yr. Bc they didn’t feed her nor call her parent to let her know what happened! This child could’ve had a heat stroke! She also showed me a picture of the lunches and they’re box meals with 2 items that are disgusting looking! Banquet meals looked better than that! Then when leaving a homeless man walked in and they gave him 3 lunches! I will never be back! DO NOT trust these people with child care at all!!!!!"

"was a worker here worst mistake ever was pryme time had family emergency they wanted to write me up but didn’t write their site directors for smoking in the bathroom and wearing revealing clothes but only favorites work here don’t recommend working here or sending yours kids here unsafe and unsanitary. no wonder they don’t do drug tests lol."

"My granddaughter started the summer camp June 5th. She was bullied by a girl who had left her assigned group and came into my granddaughters group. The girl called her names and pushed her. Then again on June 7th, the same girl came into my granddaughter group and there was another altercation. This time the other girl claimed my granddaughter called her the n word. My granddaughter was thrown out of the YMCA program. There was complete chaos when I dropped her off and picked her up. I would NOT recommended this program for any child"

"I have asked twice for someone to go over the exercise equipment with me and both times I get someone will call you and a month later I am still waiting on that phone call. Today I did have someone working out offer to help me as I had no clue how to operate the equipment. Maybe the Y should give him a free month membership because he is doing their job. My wife does the water aerobics and other classes and is happy. We will change the membership to a single person. I'm done."

"Pay 215 a week just took my daughter out of summer camp it’s always a incident. Lip has been busted she gets hit in the head a lot . No one would tell me anything. They bully my daughter bad. Not worth the head ache swimming lessons is ok but they will make you share with kids bigger then your kids."
