"I’m a previous employee, before hiring me they were aware I was a single mother who wouldn’t have anyone to watch my child if he got sick. On 11/01/22 my child was running a high fever & the director was more worried about being short staffed than the health of not only my child who was also exposed to covid, but others in his classroom. Let alone, in their handbook it states that no child is to be in the center if they haven’t been fever free 24 hours. Hours after quitting my child was in the ER with a 104.2 fever & flu. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had regarding my child & his well being in this facility."
"My son has been going here for a year now. Everyone greets him by name as soon as we walk in the door. He is sent home with a daily sheet every day of what he has ate, how long he slept and if there was any issues that day. Any time he has feel or anything with him has taken place they have always called and let myself or my husband know. The staff is always so nice anytime I've spoken to them."
"My daughter takes her son here, and was able to get him in without any wait. I have dropped him off and picked him up numerous times. Every staff member calls him by name and treats him very well. They keep track of his sleeping and eating and send home that information every day. Rates are very reasonable and less expensive than several church daycares we checked into. I Highly recommend them."
"My son attended this daycare from the time he was 4 months old until he left for pre k. I have never had a problem with anyone at this facility. The staff is amazing and the director assistant director and front end are amazing. Anytime my child was outside and I picked him up they always made sure he was clean. No complaints! I love the women of start smart."
