"If I could leave this company a zero. From not opening daycare on time on several occasions. To being over charged and money not returned for days because owner will leave town,to my children being told by staff that they are losing brain cells when they are actually paying attention to children and not on their cellphones. To speaking to them multiple times about having a problem with another child hitting my children. To them deciding to just kick my children out of the program because they were difficult? When I asked why the teacher was not watching the children. Come to find out from my children she was busy on her cell. Please do not send your children here. This place its owner and staff should not be trusted with children and I am sick that I ever trusted them with mine. And I am thank the Lord they are in our past.Her reviews and comments she leaves under them speak for themselves."

"My son has been going to this daycare roughly 7 months now. I love it here. He has the best teachers. I can walk to his class and see exactly what’s going on without any hesitation. They participate in all the yearly holidays/activites. When I go there to pick him up It’s ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELCOMING. Ms.Tish and Chantal I hope I’m spelling it right is awesome…& I love the extra security door. Y’all I can go on and on why you should let you child be apart of this FAMILY!!!!"

"Sham and lies ... I found out my child was terminated after not being able to get on the app. Very unprofessional at its finest upon enrolling my child in this center, I explained he was energetic but she assured me " oh they are just children, we can handle him". First let's say this I'm not mad about my son being terminated but its very unprofessional when you don't call or update the parent of any changes. My 4 year old does have a lot of energy but asking me has my child been evaluated left a nasty taste in my mouth. These days children are not allowed to be children and making children a one size fit all is failure. No curriculum in place, no verifiable class work nor what the child learned for the day just basically show up and play. The only projects they had came around the Holidays. It takes individuals with a passion to work with small children, not someone just looking for a paycheck. If your staff are overwhelmed that sounds like they are stressed due to shortage, and overwhelmed because that's not the job for them. You can't put children in a box and expect them to all to be the same. Stop hiring just anyone and really take time to select more experienced teachers. Establish a real curriculum so they are learning and getting prepared for school. Learning is a way to channel energy and if they are allowed to play all day, I would be overwhelmed too. Jamie is the strongest teacher there by far you lose her I will feel sorry for those other children. When a teacher wants to come to work and expect to sit down in a chair all day finger waving at toddlers, and think they will settle down... they won't and furthermore parents expect for their child to learn something new everyday and I did not get that experience in the short time we were there... I only recommend this center to someone who is "Not" preparing their child for school. I am not going to totally write the daycare off but terminating services a week early with no notice is unacceptable. If a child is in childcare it's for a reason you' d think. Maybe if there was less vaping outside they could properly attend to their duties and not worry about their next vaping experience outside in front of the building. " When you know better you do better". Work on your staff... !!!"

"All FOUR of my daughters have attended RSLC at one time or another and love it! As a parent I feel secure knowing my babies are in good hands! They have helped my babies grow leaps and bounds, and keep a very clean facility! The teachers are top notch, and treat the children and parents with so much respect! I have nothing but love for this place and will continue to send my girls here as long as I can!"

"The owner/director Ms Tish is very sweet, welcoming and caring. She would accommodate your concerns and any particular requests for your baby. It was my first baby and sending a tiny baby girl to a daycare at 12 weeks was extremely difficult emotionally for a new working mom but Ms Tish and her staff made the transition so much easier for me. Highly recommend this place."
