"This place is horrible the person who answer the phone and take appointments is RUDE AND HAS A SMART MOUTH! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IT IS GHETTO. I CALLED BETWEEN 2:50 AND 2:55 1/28/2021 WHOEVER SHE IS DONT NEED HER JOB. I TRY SO HARD NOT TO GET RUDE BACK. Also, I normally love Mrs. Brinkley but definitely disappointed that I had to wait from Friday til Tuesday to get my medications she never sent them off. Then I told her to send it to a certain pharmacy so I wouldn't have any problems she sent it to a place I didn't want to go back and deal with so I waisted gas going to check on my meds where I told her to send it to twice."
"I had my last appointment there today. I will never go there again and I suggest no one else does. The staff in the pharmacy and well a medical are just completely incompetent with no regard for the individual patient. Absolute nightmare"
"Absolutely terrible. I would leave negative stars if I could. They delivered important new to my mother in the most unprofessional way, scaring her! These workers are not trained properly to care for their patients. We always wait 2+ hours every doctor visit we have. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!! -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"The special needs front desk worker demanded my ID and when I asked her could she search my name 1st, she says give me your ID. Then she threatened to call the Sheriff. I stated Ma'am ALL THIS OVER MY ID?? I can leave. Please AVOID this place at all costs. No professionalism and just plain ignorant."
"I always see smiles and happy people, even when this is a place where people should be sad. But the workers really convey an atmosphere of joy and optimism, which is something amazing when you take into account that a healthcare center is never a very happy place. I'm proud that Valley Healthcare System is part of this community. I love Columbus and I love this place."
