"Im still impressed with all the Staff! Very Warm and welcoming!! Yes you can get appointments fairly Easy! I was in need of a Root Canal expressed at my cleaning I was in a lot of pain it has kept me up through out the night. Then was told the son who does the procedures was on Vacation for memorial week/weekend. So we booked an appointment over 2wks out. later that week the pain was unbearable my tooth had broke and was pinching the nerves. I called left a message in the morning then called the Emergency number left on their voicemail, they called me back then told me they would call me back let me know if they could do anything never received a call back I had to go to the ER and my Regular Doctor to get Magic Mouth Wash antibiotics and something for the pain. I didnt want to judge someone without meeting them in person and his staff are by far the best ive met in a long time. So I thought maybe he was enjoying the holiday and his vacation he hasn't met me so ill go ahead have the procedure done. He was explaining each step as he was doing it I always bring blind folds I just rather not see the tools at all so I thought it was great he was explaining what he was doing and when.. I have impacted extra wisdom teeth so he refereed me to a Oral Surgeon even call made my appointment give me all the information about location. I thought well this might be my dentist while we are station in the area ill bring my daughter and tell my husband he should use this dentist as well. I get home mouth still numb from the shots I take a afternoon nap get up decided to Cook Breakfast for Dinner its soft food and fast. I cooked Cheese Grits scramble eggs pancakes and sausage. I only ate Cheese Grits and Eggs my tooth broke while I was eating. Im disappointed never had this happen before. I called was unable to make it that afternoon I didnt have no one to sit with my Daughter Friday he closes early so staying up most of the night bc of my wisdom teeth impacted in my sinus cavities didnt help me get there that morning. I thought after surgery I will just get the crown as soon as im healed up well a week later the packinh fell out I understand its temporary until you get a crown yet it didnt last 24hours before my tooth that I am trying to save breaks eating soft foods which the pain my wisdom teeth cause I rather eat soft foods or liquids like protein shakes. Im just amazed for the amount he was paid by myself and insurance company $551.00 that is a discounted bc he is in my network so his normal charge is $610.00. He could have used something stronger knowing im in the need of oral surgery I kinda need time to recover from all the expenses that we are paying out of pocket. I always inform anyone we are a military family with one income we just recently PCS here I have not found work yet. Yes I need a crown actually need 2 I had a root canal done in 2009 which has held up this long I cant understand how I paid Less for the same procedure. Came today to yet give him another chance all he did was put paste not enough to build and form some what a tooth so i could eat. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR MY CROWN HERE. I LOST 3 ROOT CANALS WITH CROWNS because they were done cheap yet paid $5,000.00 I refuse to invest into saving a tooth when the dentist wont invest in Good products to use. His staff is really Great yet I can't waste my husband hard earn money on a procedure that should have been done correctly. I even asked for something more sturdy to fill my tooth willing to pay for it yet he doesnt provide it. I will be putting in am ICE complaint and calling my insurance company for the lack of not having Good products and being over charged..."
