"Quality Inn Everything good at check in util I find extra gas in my room We checked in waited a pizza to show finally got it was cold though we heat up in microwave look like crumbs in look closer they moving.. It wasn't crumbs. Went front door was locked. It new years early morning my wife thought we stay there in stead of driving back home. They were crawling all over us we left. Tried contact the manager or the person on duty nobody answered the door call later that day person answered the phone she would get touch with him, no call, we called again We wanted money back we re pay for staying in place that crawling running around in the microwave. for sure not share room with called several times the next day since they weren't at the office that evening got a hold of one person said the manager should call me back never did. I told them I would like my money back because I didn't ask for extra guest roaches in my room. And I'm not gonna pay for roaches to be in my room. I called them today 2 saved about what had transpired on my request. They said sorry we will not give you your refund nonchalantly paid they're OK with how their hotel is I'm ashamed of it I was ashamed to take my wife there I guess my only other recourse is Better Business Bureau and and the credit card company"

"Was easily accessible but had both living and dead roaches everywhere in the room. Killed multiple roaches and saw some I couldn't kill. Used room service and the food was over cooked, cold and tasted like old oil. Would've left had I not been so tired I couldn't drive. Definitely will not come back here."

"Absolute nightmare! The night guy, Parrish I think, was amazing. That is where I run out of positive things to say about this hotel. We tried 6 separate rooms (102,103,109,110,212,213) as we had booked two rooms for two nights each. The rooms had no functioning locks that we could open, each one had to be unlocked by the front desk clerk. Also, the first room we were put in was room 102, which was not supposed to be rented as it had fallen into disrepair with no light fixture in the bathroom and a hole in the sink. We were willing to settle on a room that didn't have a functioning lock, but none of these rooms had lights that worked in the bathrooms. Room 103 smelled like an ashtray, room 109 smelled like a toilet. They charged my card for both nights before I even showed up. Because of this, even three days after our not-stay, I still have 4 charges of 78.40 on my debit card. Two of these were authorization holds, as a choice employee, I understand the property has no control over those, but I still have over $300 caught up in authorization holds and awaiting refund. I would be willing to put all of this behind me and just never stay here again, as we had an alright experience here earlier in the summer, if it was not for the absolutely terrible way i was treated over the phone. I called the morning after all this from another hotel to make sure that my refund was going to go through, after being handed off to a person who claimed to be the manager, I explained my issue and was met with the opposite of understanding. Instead, I was greeted with animosity and someone with a huge chip on there shoulder from being a manager. Apparently it is a big deal to manage a hotel that you are allowing to fall to pieces (I had no idea). I did not get his name as he spelled it extremely fast over the phone, but I believe it started with an "R" this man was perhaps the most inconsiderate and rude person I have had the displeasure of conversing with over the phone. I don't ask for much, considering i get a discounted rate for being a choice employee, but at the very least a room should have a neutral smell, functioning lights, and a door that locks and can be opened with out a master key. Again, I can not state enough how hateful and rude the manager was, We asked for his name to complain and he said something to the tune of "Good luck trying to get me fired, I am the manager," before abruptly ending the call. I was in no way hinting to trying to get him fired, but he seemed to be defensive and extremely insecure to the point where he can not accept criticism. If i could tell the owner one thing though, it wouldn't be to fire this man, It would be to get him better training on how to handle himself professionally. And if the man I talked to is the owner, I would suggest that he get some serious therapy for his obviously overwhelming insecurity"

"We arrived late, but had booked the place early, when we arrived and I opened the door to our room, the room was clearly not available. It was a mess. We were then told that the place was booked and there were only possibly 2 rooms. We were given a room that was satisfactory as we were only sleeping there. However the room did not have access by key. The hotel appears to be a homeless type shelter. People are living there- and it appeared that room door latches were stuffed with materials so the door wouldn’t latch. I had to remove several items from our latch slot. There was tape or something around one of the outlets, a shower cap over the smoke detector. The bathroom door knob was not attached properly. The place was on the cheaper end and the beds were sufficient for our needs for the trip, but I would not have chosen to stay for more than the one night. It did look like they were in process of renovating the place possibly as the breakfast area was lovely. Lastly we were disappointed when the front desk told us at checkin that breakfast was open until 10 and then when we went at 9:15, everything had been put away. They did provide us with a couple fruit and some muffins."

"A real disaster. It's a shame that this hotel is part of the Choices line. They should remove the franchise immediately. It makes them look very bad. I am a diamond member and for work reasons I have to stay in hotels every week. I always try to look to save a little since I pay for my stay. I have stayed at almost all of the choices hotels and many quality inns. This hotel leaves much to be desired. First, why do they require a $50 deposit? To protect what? the cockroaches that welcome you when you arrive, the filthy room that is not cleaned, the walls and stained sheets, the door that will not open or close properly. The countless times I had to request that they change my key because I couldn't get into my room. This place is filthy and they should be ashamed of renting rooms here and taking a deposit for this filth. In fact, it's been more than a week and they haven't returned my deposit and I paid with a credit card. Be very careful with this, since the Choices reservation page does not mention anything about a deposit. I will be consulting corporate to report this anomaly. Anyway, the only good thing here is the location and the employees are friendly. I am sorry to say but I will not stay there again."
