"I have always adored this salon, and my stylist, Kaitlin. I have had previous good experiences there, but the last time my experience was less than satisfactory. I drove from Florida to have my hair done by Kaitlin. I have blonde hair and it had dark undertones and I wanted to go completely blonde – white blonde. She told me at the beginning of the appointment that the darker pieces would not be as blonde as the other pieces, and I understood that and said that was okay. While at the salon, I noticed when she was finished that she did not volunteer to give me a mirror to look at my hair from behind. When I got back to my hotel and looked, the darker parts did not turn a darker blonde – they turned orange. I now have blonde hair with orange pieces throughout. She explained to me that if she tried to bleach them any further, the hair would come out, and I can understand that. What I didn’t understand is why my hair turned orange as I did not want orange hair whatsoever, and would not have gone through with the procedure. I was not informed that there was a possibility my hair could turn orange. In addition, I had two rows of extensions put in my hair (by Kaitlin) that I had purchased through Kaitlin. 10 days later, I have 5 inches of the lower extensions hanging off my head due to poor installation. Very very disappointing. I have always recommended Kaitlin and this company, but no longer. This was all at a cost of $1100."

"Highly recommend Brittney Bodwell! All the staff were professional, courteous, and skilled. Brittney was able to fix coloring that had been butchered at another salon and fix it in a timely manner! When she was finished it looked beautiful and blended perfectly! If you are considering a salon in the area I HIGHLY recommend going here. We drive 30 minutes to go here and it’s worth it because no one else in the area can compete with the skill they have with color and cut. Thank you Brittney for all your help!!"
