"Tae was such a sweetheart with my baby. Even though she was too shy to talk. She held a really fun conversation with me throughout the haircut. A was refreshing to talk too. She was just a genuine sweetheart. I also got an appointment with her for the next day and she nailed my daughter wishes. We will both definitely be driving the hour to see her for our next cut because it was just so comfortable to be in her presence. Also the salon was very clean. An had great plant based product options! A huge bonus for me! Thank you Tae! Cant wait to come see you again! "

"Carson was so great! She did my hair exactly how I wanted and the experience was so nice. She made sure I was happy with it and offered to change whatever needed to be changed, which made me feel much more comfortable. I will highly recommend her!!"

"I scheduled an appt. for a trim with Lynsey a designer stylist. I had a previous appt. with her and she did a great job. Hence why I made a return appt. for a trim. The studio was informed that I had extremely curly hair and that I needed someone with experience for my style and texture. Unfortunately Lynsey wasn’t available so they scheduled me with Whitney. I specifically told her to not touch the length. She informed me that she would only take off a little. You can see by the photos from not even a few weeks ago she took off way more a little. There are before pictures to make the comparison. Unfortunately I would have stoped her if I could have seen myself in the mirror due to me being spun around. I asked made sure to mention a few times about the length not being touched during the trim and she assured me that she wasn’t touching the length. After finishing the cut I told her to much was taken but it was too late. I ended up calling back after I left to make a complaint and was told I cannot get a refund and that I would receive a credit towards my mother’s next hair cut because I will not be returning. With the poor execution of my hair, she will also not be returning. Company policy states I can not get a refund, but with a 20 dollar haircut, I find that to be a bad business practice for such a small amount. Unfortunately this experience with Whitney has left us with the decision to not return to the salon. It’s unfortunate because my experience with Lynsey was great and my mothers experience was great also. When I confronted someone over the phone I was met with a negative attitude, also she insulted my intelligence by stating I had not been to school for hair, essentially telling me that my knowledge of how to give a proper haircut for my hair is irrelevant. The bottom line is she did NOT do as I asked. She did what she saw fit. Photos are before and after."
