"I went in for a full hair of highlights honey color. My hair was shoulder lenght and dark brown virgin undyed hair. The owner kept me there 6 hours while she went back and forth with me then other customers. The end result of my hair was horrible with brassy roots and pale highlights. Although she tried to tone it 3 x with no good results. The next day i went baxk to show her the results on my dries hair with outside light. She toned it once again so i endes up with a cinimon brown color. She has no technique with coloring hair. Never in my life will i go back there again."
