"The room smelled stale and moldy. The thick layer of dust and lint on top of appliances shows that they don't dust much or everywhere. The bathroom door didn't close, was water damaged, and falling apart. It was also missing towel hooks. The dividing door between the rooms didn't close. The room was missing the folding doors for the laundry closet. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. The main doors slam shut loudly; you can hear when the neighbor at the end leaves their room. The water pipes are extremely loud. When someone used their water it sounded like a toilet flushing right by our heads. Not impressed for being IHG. Also, it's their right but there is Hindu deity pictures discretely posted around the hotel."
"There are more positives than negatives to this place and overall I recommend it for any short to medium-term stay. Lots of Soldiers and families stay here. The whole place is a bit dated, but everything is clean and operational. The breakfast isn’t large but has the basics. The check in process was one of the fastest I’ve experienced lately and super easy. One of the best things about it is how many restaurants and fast food places are close, including Publix if you’re wanting groceries to make food in the kitchenette. My biggest negative was that I could not fully control the temperature in my room and it was a bit warm for my preference for sleeping. This wouldn’t matter to everyone but definitely affected my sleep."
"I had to stay here for a month due to work relocation until I found a house in Georgia. I definitely recommend this place. The staff is amazing and so friendly. My room was clean every day when I came in from work and the breakfast was amazing!! Definitely 5 Stars from me!!"
