"My experience at this hotel could have been a lot better ! I am a healthcare worker who drove 1 hr and half away to stay at this facility after a very long day at work to be told that my discounted room would not be honored due to information that was not forthcoming when I called prior to my travel. I was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my stay for one night due to not being familiar with the area and needing to report to an early shift at a local hospital. The manager and coworker that was on duty was not very helpful or acknowledging the fact that I was told by one of their employees a completely different story. With that being said I had to come out of pocket finances that I did not have in order to stay in a room that should’ve been half the price ! They didn’t bother offering me any other discounts and wasn't helpful at all for somebody who drove a very long way to get there and also was told INCORRECTLY by staff prior to arrival which fault is of the facility and not mine… however they WILL NOT have to worry about me coming back !"

"Room was clean and to be expected. The front desk staff was very friendly. The sofa bed looked broke down. The TV was very frustrating, you had to point the remote at a box on the back of the TV to be able to do anything. So you couldn’t change channels or volume from the bed. In the morning, when we went down for breakfast, there was no hot breakfast like it says. Just a few cold items that they did not have to attend to. So we had to go get breakfast elsewhere."

"While the room part itself was very nice and the bed very comfortable, the bathroom was another story. The bathroom appeared to attract winged creatures from gnats to flies. I left the remains on the walls where I had to smash them with the tissue box. This was after I had flushed several down the commode and sink. I mentioned and showed a photo to the nice young lady as I was leaving. She said she let the manager know. It wasn’t just the bathroom light that attracted them because they were there en masse when we got up this morning, 12/11/23. When I went to shower, the inside of the curtain was dirty and the flies kept entering the area. Even though the much appreciated chair in the shower met my needs, the bottled shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall were way too high to reach. Those needed to be lowered about six to eight inches."

"BEWARE! Please read reviews before booking this hotel. From the moment I walked in I noticed how old and run down the entrance looked. The staff seemed nice at first but really could care less. I stayed here for FOUR nights for my husbands graduation and ROOMS WERE NEVER CLEANED! I asked for room service multiple times and they couldn't even make that work. I had to be given “fresh” towels by hand. THE BED!!! So disgusting. The sheets were not washed! Stains and hair all over. Carpets are not clean! You need shoes. My husband found roaches and spiders in the bath tub! For the money I spent, I was extremely uncomfortable. I feel gross after staying here. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Only good things is that this hotel is located near many spots to eat. Terrible place. Wish I never stayed here. I was not treated well during my stay."

"Thank you to front desk agents, Action and Aries, for taking amazing care of this weekend! They made us feel like family. The couch in the room had bleach stains and rips in it and the TV had some issues but other than that it was a fantastic stay."
