"Short review: Bad customer service would not recommend. I’d take my business elsewhere. Long review: Had a very disappointing time at this hollister in particular. I had purchased jeans on sale online and when I got them to try on they didn’t fit quite right. No big deal I can just run up to the store and exchange them for jeans that fit. After finding jeans that fit and we’re the exact same price as the ones I had recently purchased I went to exchange them. This is when the cashier said they can’t evenly exchange them since the ones I wanted were super skinny and not the skinny style… mind you these jeans are the exact same price color and size so I guess you can only exchange jeans for the same exact pair you didn’t like to begin with. They were unwilling to do anything except return the ones I got and charge me the full price for the new ones. Absolutely terrible customer service I am very disappointed by this hollister."
"They left the sensor thing on our jacket. Its an hour drive to their store, which makes it difficult to get back over there. Just very disappointed!"
