"I’ve always loved Chico’s. I’ve shopped there for years. I went into the Chico’s at the Wire Grass Mall and I will be very reluctant to go back. My friend and I are 69 and don’t even look like the type of people who steal. We were assaulted by a saleswoman who never even let us walk from room to room. Every step we took she was right there, not even asking us if we needed help. She practically escorted us out. You’ve really sunken to a new low! I might also add the Black & Brown color scheme Chico’s has for new season clothing is bland!"

"Store was clean and neat. Greeted by Kim within seconds of walking in. She asked a few questions and gave me time to browse. I tried on a number of items. Kim brought different sizes as needed and offered to order items. Paid for my purchase. Kim walkex it around desk and thanked me. Very pleasant experience. Just wasn't too thrilled with the fall colors and styles."
