"I've been looking for a store, just like this. Unfortunately, this day, I was helping my teen shop, and it wasn't about me, haha. But I will be back as soon as I can. Customer service was average as far as I saw. I didn't need or receive any help. It was a great selection of clothing for women who are past the juniors section. All the clothing was classy but super cute. I was thankful not to be harassed by the employees to help me find something or suggest things. I know some people like clothing suggestions, but it's just not my cup of tea. So, I appreciated the ambiance."

"Need to hire people that actually care about shoppers. I have been a Francesca shopper for years in other states. The Wesley Chapel location hires people that barely .. if that… greet you when you walk in. They don’t offer to help, they are instead on their phones or chatting amongst themselves the entire time. I picked out my clothes, I put them in a dressing room, I went and got other sizes. For the price for that store, personalized customer service is a must!!"

"Great customer service!! Girl was sweet and put a dress on hold for me after another store called. It was the perfect dress I wanted for my birthday. She made sure I tried it on and told me about some of the discounts they had so that I could get the most for my money. Thank you!"

"Visited the Wesley Chapel store for the first time a month or so ago. The displays were clean, well organized, and filled with really cute clothes and accessories. I purchased three pairs of super nice earrings (on sale, too!). The sales lady and manager were pleasant and helpful, even when confronted with a customer who misunderstood the sale terms and was nasty (as in rude and yelling loudly) to the manager. I will shop there again."

I had no idea what to get for my mother and I am quite bad at fashion but the ladies at the store were easily able to help me find something that would both be in my mother's taste and well within budget.
