"Went in needed one thing and was going to get a hot food plate from deli maybe cause was so late but no one in area and food did not look that great been sitting probably for hours like when u work with food like that need to at least stir it keep it warm and looking better I might got sick if I ate any of it wish I took some pictures of it and no one to even help if I wanted any waited probably close to 5 minutes before I left drive the hour home to eat there"

"Am always glad to see Paul (the grocery entrance greeter) as he's kind, caring and compassionate. Being unable to load certain items into my vehicle, he's always found someone to relieve him long enough to help me with those items. While everyone else tells me that they can't help me or continue walking away like they never heard the question - even though they obviously did as they roll their eyes while ignoring those who obviously need help."

"This is my regular Walmart. It's adequate, but there are many times products are not stocked. If available, items are grossly out of reach and kept on very high shelves. It is not likely that you will be able to find help. If you find someone, it is unlikely they will help you. The staff out in the store usually ignore shoppers. The best time to visit is before 8 am. I am now use Amazon primarily for non-perishable food items because of the lack of availability and service at this location. The staff working customer service and self check out are friendly and helpful. But if you are looking for help in the main store area, make sure you speak Spanish well. Associates do not help English speaking customers."
