"Some members of the clinical staff are inefficient. They should be relaying messages and concerns regarding medications, test results and referrals to other medical testing sites. This is not being done as Christina Jacob had ordered.There are so many errors being made at this office. It’s been ongoing and I just got a call from True Health stating that I needed to make a follow up appointment with Christina Jacob to discuss my cancer and my high blood pressure. I don’t have high blood pressure and I certainly don’t have cancer! Is anyone managing this office?"

"If you don’t have insurance or worked you will pay a lot of money. They charged me 275 just for the doctor visit and it will 800ish for lab work. Walmart health is better for 300 my husband got lab work too."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect. I brought a friend and we had the best experience. The patient service rep Iris was kind and helpful. The nurse Romancia was friendly and patient. And PA Christa Jacob was kind, thorough and took her time with him and was extremely helpful. I am so grateful they are getting him the help he needs! Thank you “Harvest Time Team”"

"I must say I love the doctors that I have seen. They have been on top of their jobs. The rest of the staff is horrible. No one sends or follow up on the referrals that the doctors give. If you do not call and ask questions about the referrals or the doctor that the referral was sent to you will not. Every time you speak with someone each person tells you something different. I’ve called and left several messages for someone in the patient advocate department to call me back. I’m still waiting on a call after three voicemails was left over the last two weeks. I just was on the phone with a representative in the referral department. She was telling me something totally different from what the previous one told me that she says, let me let you speak to a supervisor before she place me on hold I heard her talking to the supervisor she gets back on.the phone says let me call you right back. That lets me know that a supervisor did not want to speak with me the entire staff, other than the doctors are horrible. No one follow up on what they should. No one knows what’s going on and everyone tries to shift the blame on someone else not even realize it or caring about their patients or the patient’s health"
