"The actual MRI testing was good with no issue. The staff who did the MRI was very professional and did the testing very well. However, I had a very inconvenient experience at the front desk while checked-in. I had the same MRI done before at other facility and I know for sure my MRI is 100% covered by my insurance and there is no copay. My insurance even confirmed that there is no copay and it’s 100% covered and I never paid copay before for the same MRI at other facility. Still, at the time of check in at the front desk, the Simon Med staff charged me a co-pay. I had to call my insurance while waiting in the lobby before the MRI, have my insurance company representative directly talk to the front desk staff and explain there is no co-pay, and finally the front desk staff understood after speaking directly to my insurance company and refunded me the co-pay. It was very inconvenient to go through this before the procedure and while waiting for the procedure. I did not have this experience before with other facility I did my MRI before and I think Simon Med should already know there is no copay with my insurance and this inconvenience could easily be avoided."

"I called was told x-rays are walk in no appointment first come bases. So I proceeded to go in. I just left my doctors as I was not feeling well to begin with. I arrived around 11:10 am Ari the receptionist at the Sanford Florida location then tells me to come back at 1:15 pm. I asked why? She stated the technician was backed up and that I would have to wait an extreme until then. So I went and sat in my car until about 1:05/10 pm. When I go inside the receptionist now tells me I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I asked why if I had just been there this morning and was told by Ari to come back. She tells me Ari never put me in the system and there are others in front of me. I then stated but they arrived after me and how is that my fault Ari didn’t put me in? This is not the first time this has happened to me either. This office has a habit of playing with a clients time. Which is the one thing in this world you can’t get back. It is ridiculous and I wish Mr John Simon and American Securities step up and do something about it. These are their employees who are getting paid for their time meanwhile wasting clients time. I can NEVER get back the two hours I sat in my car waiting for 1:15 pm nor the 30-40 minutes I had to wait to finally see a technician due to Ari never putting me in the system when I first arrived. What is the policy? Was she supposed to? Who trained her? Then the other receptionist (I didn’t get her name) stated she would have a talk with Ari, but all I saw was her telling Ari about the situation and Ari rolling her eyes then laughing. Then when I left one of them being sarcastic said, have a good day. Being the Christian I am I wished whoever it was a blessed one back. Nonetheless this needs to be addressed its one too many time ….."

"Very professional and thorough. I only gave 4 stars because the wait time was beyond my appointment time even though I was there early. However, Amy was very thorough and pleasant. The Ultrasound tech (sorry, didn't get name), was understanding and apologetic, knowing I had to get to work. Overall, a much better experience than the Oviedo site! Will make the drive again when imaging services needed! Worth it!!"

"Ashley at SimonMed is wonderful. So kind and also quick and efficient. She did a great job with 2 ultrasounds for me. The girls at the front desk are lovely as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends."

"Front desk was extremely patient with the patient in front of me. He would not stop talking. I went for an appointment at 110 pm and waiting area was empty. CT tech came and got me within a few minutes of my appointment time. She was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. I went to that German restaurant around the corner to grab a sandwich after my appointment :)"
