You can walk in or make an appointment 7 days a week to receive the care you need promptly.
If you are experiencing symptoms of the flu, it is crucial to seek medical attention within two days of symptom onset. Our clinic offers rapid flu tests with results available in as little as 15 minutes. Our experienced doctors can recommend appropriate treatments, including antiviral drugs like Tamiflu®, to help you recover quickly and alleviate symptoms.
We accept most major insurance plans and offer onsite x-rays and lab testing services for accurate diagnoses. Our urgent care team is equipped to treat a wide range of non-life-threatening medical needs for patients of all ages. You can make a reservation online or simply walk in to our Sanford location for expert care.

"A huge thank you to all the staff for getting our daughter in so last minute. We waited maybe 10 minutes before getting her seen. Thankfully, it was just a case of nursemaid’s elbow, but they were graciously willing to offer x rays if needed even though they usually don’t do ped x rays. Highly recommend for an urgent care!"

Theybwere a bit busy that day I counted over 8 customers but they ran threw it and I was able to do everything before time that was expected. "Let me start by saying I am not a fan of urgent care centers. However, I had to find myself care at nearly 11 o’clock at night on a Friday. Centra care Sanford is one of the only places open that late in my area. Shay checked me in quickly and with a smile. The medical assistant Dee was efficient and informative. I saw nurse practitioner Jen, and she came in ready, patient, and kind. She was thorough and understanding, and walked me through pricing and my best options. I’m incredibly grateful that they were there, they were open, and they were willing to help. Not to mention I was in and out within an hour."
