"This would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude person at the front desk. From the point I arrived as their first patient to a follow-up call asking for assistance from the PA, per my insurance company. I know people have things going on that can cause being in a bad mood and I try taking that into consideration. Disappointing this survey doesn’t allow me to rate my interactions individually. A 5 for Kailey Koonz PA and the young lady who took my vital and me to the room a 5."

"I never know what to expect going to urgent cares, but we went to this location for a back issue my husband was having and we were in, treated well, given prescriptions, and out within an hour. The receptionist and both providers we had were stellar and if we ever need urgent care again we will definitely choose this location."

"The doctors and nurses and staff were all so considerate and kind. I felt like I was really being taken care of. The facility was very clean and modern. The equipment was new and not worn down. I will recommend this place to anyone who is in need of urgent care. I was in and out in 45 minutes."

"I’ve been here a couple of times and had a decent experience, however, today was not pleasant. I walked in with a sick child and when I told the receptionist we’d been there before and no information had changed, she stated we’d still have to fill out the exact same info online. She refused to take my information and get us registered in person. I’m not sure what else her job duties entail, but if you’re sitting at the front desk you’re more than capable of registering a patient in person instead of online. Otherwise what’s the point? So we registered online while we were in the waiting room, which was a very frustrating experience and took about 5-10 minutes, then when we informed the lady at the front desk, she said it would be at LEAST an hour and half wait to be soon. We left immediately. The ridiculous wait time should have been made clear up front. Waste of time with no help for my sick kid. Pass on this one."

She was so sweet and considerate of my situation as a whole. In case of any medical issue I will be sure to be back here!"
