"I was on hold for 20 minutes just for a fax number...I got frustrated and hung up. I don't understand why the person who picked up couldn't answer such simple question and had to put me on hold and then forgot about me."

"While visiting FL last week, my husband had an allergic reaction to something. We came to this urgent care prior to our flight back home. He was seen and given a shot, we asked it was safe to fly home or if this was a more serious matter. We were assured it was under control and were fine to fly. 5 hours later he went into anaphylaxis and he needed to be taken by ambulance to a hospital immediately upon landing. The hospital we went to said any medical professional could have seen the signs and by no means should he have been sent on his way or told he was ok to fly. He could have died. A week later we received a courtesy call from the urgent care asking how he was - I explained that my husband could have died due to their negligence. The representative said that she would forward our issue to the medical director. I explained that I had nothing else to say and it wouldn’t be necessary. We don’t live in the area and would obviously never step foot in their urgent care again. Today I received a call from the medical director - he was defensive, rude, arrogant and just plain nasty right out of the gate. He started off by saying he found it hard to believe we were told we could fly, but that he’d look into it then went on a tangent about training his employees. I stated that this was irrelevant to me and was unsure how future employee training could help my husband a week ago. He then started yelling at me saying “then I don’t know what more you want from me”. I didn’t want anything. I didn’t call, I didn’t request a call, I didn’t ask for anything. I never once raised my voice, but rather explained that his call was unnecessary. He talked over me at every opportunity, I tried to interject and he accused me of yelling. I asked him when it was that I yelled - and he said that I was being curt with him. Yes. Perhaps because your negligence almost killed my husband and your blatant arrogance, rude tone and lies have put me off. But never once did I yell, although it would have been completely understandable given the circumstances. I debated whether or not I should write a review, after that call, I knew I had to warn people of the absolute disgraceful, disgusting and disrespectful way these “professionals” treat their patients. Go literally anywhere else, it could save your life!"

"While traveling to FL, I experienced an asthma exacerbation. Although feeing quite anxious, I was very satisfied with the care provided by Adrienne, PA. She worked very promptly, efficiently and very caring individual. Definitely recommend this urgent care!"

"Everyone is nice however they are a waste of time. I went in there for a standard STD screening and they had me perform my own pap, about 15 minutes after I passed out from a blood draw (I typically pass out so they were very kind and caring throughout this process). However, I was then given a stick to swab myself and no exam was given by the “doctor”? I then had to call back 3 days later and still had to wait for the afternoon on the 3rd day to get my results… I had to have a total of 2 doctors visits for this supposedly simple task (due to the length of time for the visit even though not a single soul was in the office 1.5 hours for the 1st visit and no tests were done because I had to go back to work and knew that I would pass out from blood draw). The 2nd visit would have been quick if I didn’t pass out. All they needed was blood but then I asked if they were doing all the tests and only upon me asking that did they hand me a swab to insert into myself to test for BV. I mean wow. Don’t go here for anything quick and routine because they are incapable of performing a single complete service. They said I still need to go to a regular GYN to get a full STD screening. Waste of time."
