"The lack of care in the ER staff is shameful. Sticking a sick person in a room and expecting them to stay there for several hours without water, tissues, a blanket or pillow is just wild. When I went up front finally to complain after asking multiple times for those items they legitimately brought me to a side door and showed me out! It was 11pm and I was terribly sick (with what ended up being pneumonia) and they just told me to have a good night. They should all be terminated, it was shocking and very sad."

"I went into the VA here managing expectations due to the horror stories I’ve heard about the VA in general. My first visit was yesterday at enrollment. Everything went very smooth, and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I had my first walk in appointment to see a doctor this morning, and everything went very smooth, I was in and out within an hour. I was able to schedule all of the appointments I needed. The nurse, doctor, and all of the staff were very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Shoutout to enrollment, post deployment, 9A and 9B staff. I left with all of my questions answered, and I got everything that I came for. Can’t ask for much more than that. Overall was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hospital, everything was very efficient. I look forward to receiving care here in the future."

"Today I had to go to the ER / Pharmacy / Prosthetic. Each of them I got great services. Carlos, Cat, & Mr. Cory went above beyond fixing an issue for me, and so did Mrs. Maxine in Pharmacy."

"We had good, and efficient service at the VA WPB, today.(9/18) Dr. Johnson was awesome. Husband (Douglas Noe) was there, and was able to see his primary and obtained a prescription for antibiotics even though without prior appointment.(He just walked in)The nurse in the 9th floor (wish we got his name) was so efficient and timely and even brought the urine specimen himself to the.lab.and by 2:30, result was available, so we were able to see the MD then, and who then prescribed the medication accordingly. We were really impressed with the flow. What a great system!"
