"Terrible, terrible customer service!!! I was with my alderly mom for blood work and one of the nurses(who refused to give her name) was very rude when coming out when her name was called, she open the door and was impatient because my mom took longer then usual to get up due to her bad knee and walk away rudely while saying “I’m not holdin this door open all day, let me know where you ready” I attempted to address her for her attitude and comment which she then became argumentative and two of her staff had to hold her back from being physically while being verbally aggressive to me while making threats. Will never return here again! This place is not pleasant or have a care for the people at all"

"Giving 2 stars because of the phlebotomist who was kind enough to answer my questions. On the other hand - the phlebotomist who pulled my Mother's blood today - Night Mare on Elm Street. Didn't want me in the room - she knows why. Was there to see her tighten the rubber band around my Mother's sweater and arm. Wow! Mom is now in agonizing pain saying 'you're pinching me'. I'm alerting her to what's going on and she's telling me "I can't work with you here". What if I WASN'T THERE!! Hot mess of a moment. Phlebotomist couldn't draw blood for nothing - she pulls out the needle prematurely - now there's blood smear all over my Mother's arm. The new phlebotomist cleans up her mess and starts pulling blood in less than a minute. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. It's not her fault. The company knows who they hired."

"Every interaction with Quest that I have had has always been unsavory. Their offices and systems seem disorganized and mismanaged, as well as lack adequate seating and proper signage for direction. Their online services are outdated and lack proper clarity. (I.E. paying your bills online is rather vexing). No anger with their brand, just an all around an unsatisfactory experience. I know these nurses and lab techs are doing their best and are likely not equipped from Quest with what they need to succeed. If you can avoid Quest, I recommend it."

"Phlebotimist that I had was very rude and dismissive. An elderly client asked for help, she didn't respond but instead pointed to the kiosk. I greeted her but she did not respond but pointed to a room She told me I had an outstanding balance and said "give me your card". I told her that I did not have an outstanding balance, she said this is for today! I needed this test done today, so I counted to ten. She put the bandage haphazardly on my arm and walked away. This has never happened to me since using Quest. I will not use this site again."

"This place is always busy. You want to get blood work done ✅, you need to plan a head for your appointment. It’s easy for you to book appointment online. We come there occasionally with appointments that help you get out faster. We came this place in this morning at 7:10 am and saw many people waiting for. This facility is a kind of small when so many people waiting is not a good idea for elderly people."
