"Long wait and 0 communication skills. No one working at the front desks. Came in just to drop a sample off and even that took about 2 hours to do!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!! Will never come up here again"
"This place still require face masks even now, however, they do not provide any. Waiting is pretty long even with appointments. With that being said, the staff themselves are pretty nice. They care and have good manners."
"I made my appointment a few days before on the Quest website. It was super quick and easy. Once I arrived, I checked in and was seen within 10-15 mins by Antoinette. She was friendly, professional, and quite funny. She made the process go by smoothly. I would definitely recommend this Quest Lab. 5 stars!"
