"I feel like they never have either one or two of my medicine and I hate the leave a message option they don’t always call back n my medicine is always delayed"
"Recommend going to another pharmacy, ever since they have changed the phone system so you can't get an actual person on the phone their customer service has severely declined. You have to leave a voicemail requesting a call back, and they don't always call after the first message. Also, if you take any medications that aren't popular then expect them to be out of stock and have to wait several days for them to get it in stock. Really unfortunate if you're on something like insulin, like me. Will be switching to a mail order pharmacy after my next PCP appointment, since my insulin has been out of stock the last 3 times I've needed to refill it, and I don't feel like dying just cause they can't keep medications in stock"
"Pharmacy! They don’t have prescription drugs available and won’t check the other CVS stores for you. In this day and age, the pharmacy should be able to see if their other CVS stores can fill the prescription. Shame on CVS for leaving patients without their required drugs and not caring or helping."
"The doctor called in my perscription3.5 hours ago. The store said they were ready so I came to get them only to be told they were not ready. I have been here for over a half an hour waiting. When I inquired the pharmacist got rude and told me it would take even longer. This was a pick up for an elderly neighbor. I will never use CVS for my perscriptions. Rude unprofessional and never on time even when they call and say it's ready."
