"Today I give a low star because I was informed that there are new owners and the Donuts no longer can go in a box it has to go in a bag. It should be what the customer ask for."

"If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. We just ordered a coffee in the drive thru. The only greeting from the employee was “Dunkin”. When we got to the window the only thing the employee said was the price of the coffee. Will drive past this location to go to another location in the future. Or better yet will return to Starbucks."

"Every time I go to this location they never give you service. I have left three times just to get one coffee and wait it well over 10 minutes time I pulled up to the window and the young lady was almost in tears and I said and it was 11 o’clock at night and I said where is your manager and she says she’s back there playing with the other help the owner needs to fire the manager in this store and clean house and get it right I will never go back to this place"

"I actually had a wonderful experience today at this Dunkin a lot of times long lines, cash registers change. Today, however, fast and very courtesy, the gentleman in the young lady I think you guys for getting my day to a good start and my dog thinks you as well. Boy if you step on that stuff I’m gonna be so mad man"
