"I would like to share my experience at this store on 2/7/2024 myself and my adult daughter went in to shop as we did just three days prior. Same cashier which was very pleasant. I noticed a woman standing in front of store, looks to be Hispanic and I'm assuming she was a manager on duty ( even more disturbing). This woman was watching me the whole time I shopped. I turned around after a few minutes to look at her and she proceeds to talk to someone in a walki talki or ear piece not really sure. At this point I don't really want to shop anymore as she continues to follow and watch me. I meet up with my daughter an tell her I'm ready to leave. As we proceed to checkout my daughter is looking at jewelry in the case, I look over an this SAME woman is watching me STILL!! This continues thru our our whole checkout and was making it obvious peeking behind a cologne shelf! I locked eyes with her several times wondering what the heck her problem is so I mentioned it to my daughter in front of cashier and now she's getting upset at how hard this woman is watching us.We spent almost 700 in less than a week in that store and this witch has the audacity to come behind the cashier an rip out our receipt before we even walk away!!? I have NEVER experienced this in my life an dam sure never will again. That woman is a joke and I feel sorry for ANYONE working under her. I will ALWAYS take my business anywhere else but here!! Such a disappointment"

"They have a good selection and really good prices! I'll be heading back there on the next week to pick up a couple pairs of sweat pants. I've been looking for a pair that also has a back pocket."

"I live in Port Richey, out of the two in our area, this location and Embassy; this one is by far the worst in regards to inventory and employees. If you would like to shop somewhere where the employees act as if you're bothering them, shop here. The first time I went in this store, it was a few days after they had opened. The employees were dismissive and lacked knowledge; I gave the benefit of the doubt because I assumed they were tired from a store opening. The second time I went in; I thought I was in the wrong store. I hadn't been treated in that manner since I lived near a SAKS. So I vowed never to use the store again, but; because this one is closer to my home and I was recently in a bind, it was necessary. As I waited in line, I watched as a customer verbally assaulted the cashier over what one can only assume was a language barrier? Why else would someone get irate over a compliment. It was my turn, and the cashier was completely poised, as if nothing at all had just occured. Patti, is great. Not only did she not allow this woman to have any control over her emotions, had I not been standing there; I wouldn't have even known this happened. On top of that, she is personable, she doesn't act as if she cannot hear you when asked a question, and she's efficient. Fast forward about a week, give or take a few days, and I had to go back for a return. The store was pretty busy and I wanted to let them know I had a product for return. There was four people in line, and as the cashier was finishing her transaction, I attempted to get her attention. A woman, about my mother's age, was in the jewelry area, she said she had been waiting for ten minutes and the woman hadn't even acknowledge her. Because I would want someone to help my mother, I attempted to find an employee. After an eye roll and a very obvious huff; I was told they only had two people on. I went back to tell the woman they had staffed inadequately and noticed a small framed woman on her cell phone. Initially, I thought she was deciding whether or not she wanted to wait in line, but then I heard her say, she'll find out and let them know. I asked the cashier if the woman was an employee. She said yes, but she's off the clock. I said I see, there's not a manager that can help you. She said she is the manager, but; she's off the clock. I really don't understand what that means. I have had management positions in the past and I don't ever recall being off the clock. I'm not sure why individuals in management positions down here cannot comprehend that their responsibilities are the same as if they were an owner. The action of walking away, was not only irresponsible but more than disrespectful to the customer who had been and still was waiting for help. If I owned the store, I would have fired her on the spot for her lack of respect for the business. Some time later I was looking at the watches and Patti was there. I didn't have to ask for assistance, instead of acting as though I'm part of the scenery, she instead, anticipated my needs and had the key in her hand. Q.uite frankly, her sunny disposition nearly shocked me. Her manager, apparently believes reprimanding an employee at an inappropriate time in an inappropriate setting is worth doing while off the clock, but; helping a customer is not. At that point in time she solidified her lack of respect for both her position and her staff. Patti was my third times a charm employee. She changed my view on the store. Sadly, poor management proved she's the diamond in the ruff. Honestly, her down to earth, happy demeanour is similar to the Embassy location's entire staff. Hopefully the store's owner will see this and understand that employees behavior is a direct reflection of their boss. In the rare event you have one that stays true to themselves, regardless of the negative storm surrounding them, maybe it's time to take a hard look at your management. **UPDATE** GAVE THIS ROSS AN ADDITIONAL CHANCE. SERIOUSLY, DON'T BOTHER. ADDRESSED WITH "WHAT DO YOU WANT" WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT A MK WATCH."
